By using PadFlow ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. PadFlow is operated by Gia Hayes, a licensed real estate referral agent in the State of Arkansas.

Referral relationships
Gia Hayes is a licensed real estate referral agent in the State of Arkansas. If you are connected with a real estate agent, lender, or other professional through PadFlow, Gia Hayes may receive a referral fee upon the closing of a transaction. Any such fee is paid by the receiving professional, not by you, and is governed by a written referral agreement between Gia Hayes, Referral Center, Inc., and the receiving professional.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gia Hayes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or any information provided herein, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made in reliance on the tool's output.
Intellectual property
All content on PadFlow, including text, design, calculations, and market commentary, is owned by Gia Hayes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to scrape or automate data collection, or misrepresent your identity or financial situation.
