Overview
PadFlow ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Gia Hayes. This policy explains what information we collect when you use padflow.app, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
What we collect
- Investor readiness responses and results — your investor type, readiness score, and responses to the investor readiness check (all categorical selections), plus your target market or zip code if provided. Stored only when you voluntarily submit your email.
- Email address and investor readiness context — if you voluntarily submit your email, we store it along with your investor type, readiness score, and readiness responses. This is used to send your personalized results email and, if you opted in, follow-up content.
- Page view counts — aggregated, anonymous counts of pages visited and readiness check completions (e.g., how many people visited the markets page or completed the investor readiness check). No personally identifiable information is associated with this data.
- Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel).
What we do not collect
We do not collect your exact income, exact savings balance, Social Security number, bank account information, or any other sensitive financial data. Investor readiness responses are categorical selections — we never collect or store precise financial figures.
How we use your information
- To send you your personalized investor type results, readiness score, and roadmap
- To understand how people use PadFlow and improve the product
- To analyze anonymized, aggregated market interest data (e.g., which zip codes or markets are most common) and share such aggregate insights — containing no individually identifiable information — with partners such as lenders and real estate professionals
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics
- Supabase — database storage for investor readiness data, email addresses, anonymous usage analytics, and product feedback
- Loops — email delivery and contact management
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Amazon — affiliate link tracking via Amazon Associates
- Avail — referral link tracking for property management software
- Airbnb — referral link tracking for short-term rental hosting
Affiliate links and cookies
Some links on this Site are affiliate or referral links (e.g., Amazon Associates, Avail, Airbnb). When you click one of these links, the third party may set a cookie in your browser to track the referral. PadFlow does not have access to or control over these cookies. If you make a purchase or sign up through one of these links, Gia Hayes may earn a commission or referral credit at no additional cost to you.
Email communications
If you provide your email, you will receive a personalized results email based on your investor readiness responses. If you opted in, you may also receive occasional follow-up content about real estate investing. We will not add you to any list without your explicit consent. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting support@padflow.app.
Data retention
Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and analysis purposes. Your personal data — including your email address and associated context (investor type, readiness score, and target market) — is retained until you request deletion. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@padflow.app.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@padflow.app.
Children
PadFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
